This marks the first time I’ve revisited the cement plaques that helped elevate my career, the ones I proudly installed in cities around the world.
To no surprise, I’m in a different place than I was seven years ago. And, in order to honor the past, the present, and the future, I’ve fused together fresh bronze and the cement I used in those early plaques.
